All information that is provided to The KAS Academy is kept strictly confidential. Your child may come into physical contact with our teachers during class time to show technical demonstrations. All The KAS Academy team members are all highly qualified and Enhanced DBS checked.

Fees:
All fees are paid via a monthly subscription and are paid in advance of your classes. Our classes start at £7.00. For first time members we offer a free taster session, if you are still unsure whether you would like to join us as a KASA member, we offer a pay as you go trial of £7.00 which is required to be paid in advance of your session with us. Moving forward if you are happy to join The KAS Academy you will then sign up to our monthly subscription which is set up via the platform go cardless direct debit. We will send you your monthly subscription before the new month starts which you will need to set up ready to secure your child’s place in their chosen class/classes. Subscriptions:
Our auto collect payments are based on a pro rata bases that run from September-August which is our Academy Academic Year this equates to 42 weeks of the year where you will pay the same equal payment each month unless you decided to upgrade your subscription with us to more classes. Each subscription works out cheaper for you in the long run as it is split over 12 months allowing you to pay 12 equal months payments.

Cancelling your Subscription:
To cancel your subscription with us we require 4 weeks written notice via [email protected] Finally, your subscription will only be able to be put on hold for medical reasons only which will need to be authorised by the Academy Owner/ Principal Katie Slinn.

Attendance:
It is very important that all students and teachers attend their classes to ensure that social development, technique, confidence, and choreography isn’t impacted in the long run. We advise that if you are going to be absent for class, trips, events etc to please inform the Academy ahead of class time to allow your teacher to plan. Finally, we are unable to provide a make up session for missed classes unless you take part in private activities then this can be discussed with the Academy Owner/ Principal Katie Slinn. However, we will make every effort to arrange any classes in the unlikely event that the Academy needs to cancel a class.

Release of Liability:
Signing our registration form as the legal guardian/ parent releases liability of The KAS Academy, its team members, operators from all liability, claims and demands and causes of action in relation to any damage, injury, loss, or death that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned whilst in or upon the premises of The KAS Academy, its team members, and operators.
